We believe that most players deserve a second chance. That said, please keep the following in mind:

  • Requests submitted shortly after a ban are very unlikely to be accepted.
  • If you believe your ban was unjust, you must provide clear and credible evidence.
  • A simple apology, without insight or accountability, is not sufficient.
  • Lying about X-ray usage is pointless, we use anti-cheat systems and keep detailed logs.

* Realistically, if you do not provide a Discord username that is a member of our server, the chances of getting an answer are very low. Sending e-mails to people who broke the rules might be considered not worth the effort.
